Our and your obligations
- A monthly rent covers a period of 30 days. The machines are taken over from and returned to the closest business unit in Teknoxgroup.
- A monthly rent implies working days in one shift. In any case, a monthly rent covers a maximum of 200 work hours per month. Any possible overrun of the number of work hours will be charged as 1/200 of the amount payable as the monthly rent per each work hour of such overrun, i.e. as 1/30 of the said amount for daily overruns.
- The rental starts as of the moment when the machine is put at the client's disposal, i.e. is concluded as of the moment when the machine is returned to Terknoxgroup d.o.o.
- Possible prolongations of rentals should be announced 5 days before the agreed expiry of the rental, with an indication for which period. In case of any voluntary prolongation of the rental without previous announcement, it shall be deemed that the rental has been renewed for one month, and all the previously agreed conditions shall apply accordingly.
